The American Experiment: A Celebration of America 250 exhibit
This free exhibit features a gallery of art prints that vividly depict the chronology of the American Revolution and illuminate the colonists’ struggles, triumphs, and sacrifices in their quest for liberty. Discover the motivations that ignited a desire for freedom and explore the socio-political climate that compelled ordinary people to rise against the world’s most formidable empire. Learn how the media of the day–pamphlets, newspapers, and broadsides–united the colonists in their cause, galvanized support for independence, and framed the narrative of the war. We welcome group tours! Call 972/516-6331 to schedule. Hours are 11-5 Tuesday-Saturday.
