El Paso Animal Services will host its “Let Freedom Wag” adoption promotion from June 27 through July 4, featuring $2.50 adoptions on all pets.

Together, this partnership jointly commemorates American history and culture in honor of the 250th anniversary of the founding of the United States of America.
